I want you to love your artwork. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy:

Returns: Due to the nature of my work being original, custom, and one-of-a-kind, I do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in cases of shipping damage or if the item you receive does not match the description or image on the website. If such an issue occurs, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your artwork. You will be asked to provide photos of the artwork and packaging for verification.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order before shipment, please contact me within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, cancellations will not be accepted.
